Occassionally Haven Russa will offer a Pre-Order service with an item.

 

This means, the item is currently out of stock & you will find the estimated dispatch date of the pre-order item in the product description.

 

We always aim to dispatch items on or before the estimated dispatch date, however please allow for an additional days in the rare occassion of extraneous circumstances out of our control.

 

Important to note:

Pre-Order items are not available for next day delivery.

We cannot cancel pre-orders if they are delayed by less than 14 working days, if it has been +14 days you can excerise the right to cancel.

If your order contains other items + a pre-order item, your order will be shipped together on the dispatch date mentioned in the pre-ordered items product description.
